How The System Works

Added space around the bolt for easy removal.

Start with the Dula-Cone Bolt Centering Ring.

Using either a metal or wooden template, oversize the hole 1/4"-5/16" larger. Drill larger holes in your wooden templates or request larger holes from the steel manufacturer for your steel templates.

If using a Metal Template, use the Dula-Clip as the Bottom Nut.

Clip it on to the bolt at the set projection height. Avoid fighting thread or nut issues.

Clip the Dula-Clamp on Top.

Then hand twist the Dula-Clip and the Dula-Clamp tightly together, the way you would 2 nuts. No Tools Required

If using a Wooden Template

Screw the Dula-Clamp down to the wooden template with provided screws. You do not need a bottom nut or Dula-Clip with this method. You can set the bottom of the template right at grade. Ideal if you have bolt settings several feet down from grade. The Dula-Clip can be used underneath instead of the screws as an alternative installation method.

Just used these for the first time on a 44k SF foundation with a lot of bolt settings. So much faster than threading nuts on by hand and setting projections. So much faster to strip. Huge time savings.

I'm very old school when it comes to concrete work. I was very skeptical when I first tried the Dulacore system. I realized they were saving me time getting the bolts ready for the pour. When I had to remove the plates the next day I realized how easy they were to take off. I now have a stockpile of different sizes in my truck.

This
Dulacore anchor bolt installation system is a real game changer for the
structural concrete industry. It saves time , which saves money, it
saves threads and it saves the anchor bolt from becoming out of plum
during the placement, which is what impressed me the most. I can tell
this product was designed by someone who has been in the trenches living
the struggles.
Thank you Dulacore!
